Common causes
- Issuer URL does not serve a valid OIDC Discovery document
- JWKS URI is unreachable or contains no valid signing keys
- Issuer field in discovery document does not match the provided URL
Resolution
Verify the issuer URL is correct and serves a valid OIDC configuration at /.well-known/openid-configuration.
